As the Founder and CEO of McCarty Consulting LLC, she helps organizations streamline planning, procedures, and training to achieve long-term success. She also leads Dynamis with Dr. Teressa, a ministry supporting Christian women to align with God’s Word and bring excellence, order, and purpose to their work.
