From serving in public education to entrepreneurship and ministry, her journey has been shaped by God’s redirection, activating her assignment to guide others—both individuals and organizations—in creating systems that foster operational excellence. As the Founder and CEO of McCarty Consulting LLC, she helps organizations streamline planning, procedures, and training to achieve long-term success. She also leads Dynamis with Dr. Teressa, a ministry supporting Christian women to align with God’s Word and bring excellence, order, and purpose to their work.
